New and In Progress Work Items
Difference b/w both of them:
My Self only actions will be taken in - My Change Requests (Monitoring)
Both My Self & Outside actions - Change Requests (Inbox)
Display Change Requests - Monitoring
Un - Check the item which highlighted in row - in below picture.
Sorting & filtering out the CR's in a required way.
